Description: Our client is currently seeking a Patient Care Coordinator to work in Lake Success, NY!

Location: Lake Success, NY
Hours: Monday-Friday 7:00 AM - 5:00 PM
Type of Engagement: Contract
Responsibilities:
- Checking Patients in and out through MyChart and EPIC
- Collecting copays and balances
- Inputting patient demographics, insurances and running eligibility for insurance to ensure accuracy
- Answering and making outbound calls to make/ confirm appointments from patients and call center advocates, contact insurance companies to verify eligibility
- Assisting to manage office and provider in-baskets
- Loading and routing patient documents into the appropriate areas of their charts
- Other administrative duties as needed
Qualifications & Requirements:
- Medical reception experience
- Ability to multi-task on computer
