Our partnerships with leading developers and investors in San Diego have enabled us to work on a diverse range of projects, including hospitality, mixed-use developments, multi-family, and residential properties.
What You Will Be Doing -Create drawings and 3D visualizations, and refine designs based on feedback from stakeholders
-Facilitate the incorporation of consultant drawings (such as HVAC, landscape architecture, civil engineering, etc.) into the design plans
-Clearly communicate design specifications and oversee quality control during site visits with construction professionals
-Deliver design proposals, architectural blueprints, and construction documents that include detailed specifications for building materials and products
-Collaborate closely with project managers and clients throughout the project to ensure that the final outcome aligns with their vision and meets quality and -budgetary requirements
-Manage multiple projects concurrently, ensuring that they are completed on schedule and within the allotted budget.
What You Need for this Position Minimum 5 years of experience:
-Up-to-date knowledge of building codes and safety requirements (IEBC, IBC, IRC, etc.)
-Completion of a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture
-Proficient in Revit
-Proficient in BlueBeam
-Proficient in Sketch-up
-Proficient in Photoshop
-AutoCAD
-BIM
-Communication Skills
-LEED AP
