The opportunity

Reporting to the Director of Application Managed Services, we are looking for a RealPage Application Support Specialist to join our remote team. You can reside anywhere within the US. You will apply your insights in applications support to working in partnership with major clients on property management and immediate technical support via a ticketing system. What you will do:

  • Management of Systems. You will process data conversions, review and maintain your client's RealPage portfolio, and optimize their systems through best practice recommendations.
  • Advise and educate. You will create and deliver customized RealPage training. You will act as the liaison for internal and external customers, including RealPage. You will conduct system reviews and offer insights and guidance on best practices.
  • Provide front-end support. You will review, troubleshoot, and support end-users of our system. You will maintain service level agreements and report ticket counts and repeat issues.

You will have:
  • The consulting skills. You have experience working in operations, with 1+ years of hands-on experience with RealPage and other property management systems. You can anticipate, understand, and respond to the needs of clients, and you are driven to meet their expectations. You are a collaborator who excels in an autonomous role. Experience with affordable housing is considered an asset.
  • The technical skills. You have experience providing technical or software support to clients and using a ticketing system. You are highly proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and the RealPage Platform, and you can quickly come up to speed on new tools.
  • The interpersonal skills. You can build and foster relationships with internal and external stakeholders. You are an effective communicator who can clarify ambiguities and present information and performance reporting in a structured and straightforward manner. You can relay delays and setbacks while managing expectations and retaining confidence.
