**Job Opportunity: Accounts Payable Specialist**

Our client needs an Accounts Payable Specialist, who will play a crucial role in processing vendor invoices, ensuring accurate coding, and timely payments. This role requires strong attention to detail, the ability to prioritize tasks, and effective communication skills to collaborate with internal teams and external vendors.

Duties:

- Process vendor invoices accurately and timely, ensuring proper coding and documentation.

- Verify invoice approvals and resolve any discrepancies with vendors or internal departments.

- Prepare and execute payment runs through various methods such as checks, ACH transfers, and wire transfers.

- Reconcile vendor statements and address any outstanding issues or discrepancies.

- Maintain accurate and organized records of payable transactions and supporting documentation.

Qualifications:

- 2-5 years accounts payable experience required.

- Proficiency in excel (intermediate) as well as accounting ERPs preferred.

- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and record-keeping.

- Excellent organizational and time management skills.

- Effective communication skills and ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams.

100% Onsite

Salary: $26-$32 HR
