Under the direction of the Medical Director and the Laboratory Operations Manager, the Anatomical Pathology Manager, performs a wide variety of technical and administrative functions to ensure proper operations of the Pathology department. The Anatomical Pathology Manager oversees Histology operations.

Qualifications
Required:

• Intense attention andconcentration. Good visual, verbal, hearing, and reasoning skills. Ability tohandle several processes concurrently. Abilityto effectively deal with a wide range of technical and support staff.

• Three years of specialized training is required, in order to be fully proficient in all phases of assigned duties in Pathology. 5 years supervisory experience

• Requires aBachelor of Science as a MT, HT

• Requiresan ASCP certificate or equivalent, or ASCP eligible.
