• Work as aService Level lead to manage data analytics applications

• Coordinate dailyscrum calls with the application support team to review the tickets handled,plan the day's support, identify, and remove roadblocks

• Analyze, review andreport weekly performance against the SLA criteria

• Analyze user requirementsfor new business changes

• Handle and solve high priority incidents forbusiness-critical issues

• Work hands on in data analysis and reporting

• Musthave experience with Tableau or similar data visualization tools

• Must haveexcellent communication skills as this is a client facing role

• Must haveexperience with SQL, experience with Python would be nice to have

• Must bewilling to learn new technologies in the analytics space
