Description:
SUMMARY
Under general supervision, the HR Compliance Analyst will gather, evaluate and analyzing a wide variety of data and information related to GameStop's Human Resources programs. This position also provides functional and technical support in the development and delivery of HR measurements, benchmarking and statistical reporting. Principal outcomes include ensuring HR administrative compliance and providing targeted business intelligence to support strategic decision-making. An associate in this position may interact with his or her supervisor several times a week to receive guidance and feedback. Some non-routine activities will require a supervisor's advanced approval.
