Shuttlewagon, a Wabtec Company is looking for an Aftermarket Accounts Administrator. The Aftermarket Accounts Administrator plays a vital role in supporting the Shuttlewagon Aftermarket Department in providing exceptional customer service and assisting with key elements of daily business objectives. This role will perform various administrative tasks with extreme accuracy and attention to detail.

ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Responsible for invoicing and credit/rebills of closed field service work and service agreements
  • Sales order entry for labor invoices and dealer credit memos
  • Coordinate with CSRs and field technicians on customer related service and parts orders
  • Manage blanket purchase orders for all service-related preventative maintenance work
  • Issues credit notes or refunds as needed
  • Manages inventory transfers as needed
  • Ownership of data and billing integrity for service work orders
  • Ownership of warranty account administration, including supplier and extended warranty
  • Ownership of telematics registration process
  • Ownership of service contract maintenance
  • Ownership of departmental training coordination
  • Ownership of safety site administration via safety portal
  • Ownership of user account management for various Aftermarket systems
KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, AND ABILITIES

Education
  • Associates degree or equivalent combination of education and experience required
Experience
  • 3-5+ years in customer service, billing, warranty or other relevant work experience
  • 2+ years working with a CRM - SalesForce, Microsoft Dynamics or similar
  • 2+ years working with an MRP or ERP is preferred
Technical Skills
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office - Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, etc.
  • Ability to operate a wide variety of standard office equipment, such as a computer and keyboard, printer, calculator, telephone, FAX, photocopier, etc.
  • Internet savvy
