Material Handling Associate 2

Orlando, FL

Contract Position

$25.31/Hour

This position is supporting the next generation in developing mission critical systems for our national defense. You would be a part of creating the most effective and state of the art technologies for Intelligence, Surveillance and Reconnaissance supporting the Army, Navy, Air Force, Special Forces, and other Federal Government agencies working with our military.

Responsibilities:

• Team lead for group activities, cross-functional or Supply Chain communication and customer inquiries.
• Analyze and act on data related to production rates data
• Review stock records
• Prepare purchase orders to determine stock status against production requirements
• Communicate material control issues to department
• Identify material shortages
• Support problem solving resolutions
• Actively develop continuous improvement strategies.

Qualifications:

• High School Diploma and 4+ years relevant experience
• Ability to obtain and maintain a Secret Clearance
• Ability to handle and process classified material or oversee storage of customer property
• Exceptional computer skills and knowledge of the enterprise software tools and associated data
• Solid knowledge of material planning, control and inventory methodology and applies it to a wide range of tasks
• Solid knowledge of program close-out activities
• Solid knowledge of Government Customer Property Control
• Outstanding customer service and communication skills
• Solid organizational skills with the ability to multi-task
• Solid collaboration skills
