Principal Purpose of Position:

• Acts as a liaison between internal/external customers and Licensing & Compliance, handle inquiries to resolution to ensure customer satisfaction.
• Support team members with licensing questions, monitor work volume and help identify training opportunities.
• Coordinate licensing projects; provide management with updates and assisting promotion of licensing programs.
• Analyze & prepare scope of work documents for licensing projects including recommendations
• Conduct research on state regulations including direct involvement with Division of Motor Vehicles and state agencies.
• Identify new processes or functions and work with management to execute.
• Support client visits as it relates to assigned projects and establishing client licensing parameters.
• Receives inquiries from internal and external customers and coordinates responses regarding licensing and project status.
• Perform all other duties as assigned.

Education and/or Training:

• Associates / Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience required

Relevant Work Experience:

• Knowledge of DMV regulation helpful.
• Must be proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel.
• Minimum of three years of licensing or equivalent experience.

Planning/Organizing/Managerial Knowledge:

• Coordinate licensing projects for client and maintains projects to completion
• Must be motivated to meet deadlines.
• Attention to detail and the ability to handle multiple priorities are a must.
• Must be able to work independently and effectively in a team environment.
• Ability to think critically and understand strategic goals.

Communicating & Influencing Skills:

• Ability to communicate effectively, both verbally and in writing, to all levels of employees and customers.
• Must exhibit excellent presentation and communication skills.
• Maintain relationships with licensing vendor(s), monitor performance and identify opportunities for improvement.
• Must exhibit excellent presentation and communication skills.
• Direct communication with client regarding licensing of vehicles and progression of projects.
• Support team members with questions, monitor work volume and help facilitate training on state and ARI processes.
• Ability to communicate effectively, both verbally and in writing, to all levels of employees and customers.
