Reporting to the Director of Human Resources, the Human Resources Assistant is responsible for supporting the Human Resources team by performing a variety of administrative responsibilities to include faxing, typing, scanning, meeting setup, copying, scheduling appointments, answering the phones, customer and reception services, meets and greets for interviews and hiring, creation of JHED IDs, ordering supplies, job postings, data entry into HR systems, processing background checks, tuition and benefit processing, paycheck and mail sorting and distribution, file maintenance, audits, assembly and distribution of materials, manuals, and reports.
