Administrative Assistant II

Contract Duration - 3 Months
Location - NYC 10022
Max Pay - $35.86

The level II Administrative Assistant will support the Office Services team. Office Services associates are stewards of the company's physical environment and providers of premium support services to the company's business units, core values, and culture.

Responsibilities and functions are many, varied, and may include:

- Broad Office Services support in executing day to day tasks.

- Reception coverage, to include medium call volume, greeting guests, using Event Management System to assist guests and associates with meeting room reservations, registering guests with security, etc.

- Develop and maintain professional relationships with internal and external clients.

- Client support for investment professionals, investment assistants, and high profile visitors.

- Creating and tracking facilities work orders.

- Responds to routine internal and external queries concerning guidelines, procedures or operations. Escalates issues and redirects technical queries to others as appropriate.

- Performs additional responsibilities as assigned.

Skills/Qualifications:

- Demonstrates strong knowledge of Microsoft Office and general technical skills.

- Demonstrates effective written and oral communication skills.

- Demonstrates sound judgment in resolving matters of moderate complexity.

- Demonstrates effective and professional service orientation and builds rapport with internal and external contacts.

- Role will be office-based 5 days a week.
