BCforward is currently seeking highly motivated Administrative Assistant for an opportunity in Phoenix, AZ 85007 Role: Administrative AssistantLocation: 800 W. Washington St,Phoenix, AZ 85007
Duration: 6monthsShift Timings: 8AM - 5PM

• The Administrative Assistant is responsible for performing duties for the Phoenix Safety Compliance Section (Team A and B) of the Arizona Division of Occupational Safety and Health.
• The candidate hired into this position will be responsible for data entry, preparing and creating correspondence, preparing citation/information packets.
• Mailing and tracking documents concerning afforded rights; handling filing duties related to compliance; assisting Team A and Team B Supervisors in tracking abatement documents, complainant correspondence and citations within the Safety Compliance Section.
• This position will assist in scanning case files for archival purposes, handles telephones.

• Business letter formatting
• Computer forms and functions Skills needed:
• Word processing, Computer operation and data entry ,Typing, Editing and formatting * Interpersonal relations
• Efficient management of work time and workflow
• Professional telephone answering and processing of incoming telephone calls Abilities needed:
• Communicating both verbally and written
• Interacting with irate/difficult customers

Skills Preferred Spanish speaking will be a plus; Google Suite

Experience Preferred

• Prior Administrative/Customer Service Exp

• At least a high school diploma/GED
