Our client located in the Littleton, CO has an immediate opening for an Accounts Receivable Specialist to join their team. This is a great opportunity to work with a tenured organization that is growing and looking for experience in Accounts Receivable, deductions, credits and credit memo's, with excellent communication.

Responsibilities:

• Review and analyze deductions, credits, and claims
• Create and process credits/claims using a large ERP ensuring accuracy and completeness
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather necessary information and documentation
• Maintain clear communication with internal stakeholders regarding credit/deduction status and next steps
• Document all actions taken in the M3 system and other relevant platforms
• Follow up on outstanding claims and escalate unresolved issues as needed
• Notify appropriate teams of denied claims and update records accordingly

Requirements:

• Strong understanding of accounting principles, including debits and credits
• Experience with accounts receivable, deductions, or credit management preferred
• Exceptional attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and experience with ERP systems (M3 preferred)
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
• Ability to work independently and collaborate effectively in a team environment
