We are seeking an experienced Accounts Payable Supervisor to join our client's growing team.

Job Summary: The Accounts Payable Supervisor oversees invoice processing, vendor relations, and team management to ensure accurate and timely payments.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Team Leadership: Lead and mentor the accounts payable team to ensure high performance.
2. Invoice Processing: Verify coding, approvals, and accuracy of vendor invoices.
3. Vendor Management: Build and maintain strong vendor relationships, resolve issues, and negotiate favorable terms.
4. Month-End Close: Coordinate month-end activities including accruals and reconciliations.
5. Process Improvement: Identify and implement process enhancements to improve efficiency and reduce costs.
6. Compliance: Ensure compliance with company policies and accounting standards.
7. Reporting: Generate reports and provide insights to support decision-making.
8. Collaboration: Work with other departments to optimize processes and resolve issues.
9. Training: Provide training and support to team members.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, or related field.
• 3+ years of AP experience, with 1+ years in a supervisory role.
• Proficiency in ERP systems and Microsoft Excel.
• Strong analytical and communication skills.
• Detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
