Accounts Payable/Processing Coordinator- Remote
We are currently working with a health care company based out of Boston who is seeking to hire an Accounts Payable Coordinator to join their team on a temporary basis for 10+ months. This role is fully remote. The ideal candidate would have a background in accounts payable and accounts receivable, have experience with 3 way matching and familiar with Oracle or a similar ERP system.
Responsibilities:
- Create, process, organize and track all invoices, purchase orders, expenses, and payments
- Partner with Accounts Payable and teams to resolve payments issues, including unspent funds, voids, and uncashed checks
- Manage the invoice email in-box
- Process, organize and track operational expenses as requested
- Associate's Degree in Business, Accounting, Finance (or related field) or equivalent, relevant work experience
- Experience with Oracle or similar software preferred
- Expert with general computer software including Microsoft Excel, Word and Outlook
