Work Location: In-person Our client in Danvers, Ma, a national company that provides janitorial services and has earned a great reputation for servicing big named clients is looking for an Accounting Manager to join their team in Danvers, . Duties and Responsibilities:

* Manage and support the accounting team with dynamic leadership that creates an environment of trust and productivity.

* Oversee the daily accounting functions for the company.

* Maintain financial controls and guidelines.

* Ensure accounting standards, internal policies, and procedures are in compliance with GAAP.

* Maintain internal safeguards for revenue receipt, costs, budgets, and expenditures.

* Enforce internal controls to maximize protection of company assets, policies, procedures, and workflows.

* Review and analyze accounting reports, financial statements, job cost reports, and other financial reports.

* Oversight of all Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable.

* Assist and manage sales and use tax filings.

* Manage and perform other duties consistent with the role of an accounting professional.

* Duties as a general office manager for this location. Knowledge and Skill Requirements:

* Bachelor's degree (or equivalent) in accounting, finance, business, or related field preferred.

* Five or more years of professional accounting experience.

* Strong leadership skills.

* Preferred experience managing and directing an accounting team.

* NetSuite experience preferred.

* Excel, Word, and Outlook proficiency.
