This is an excellent opportunity to join a global SaaS company as Account Manager! In this role, you will be responsible for managing various accounts; providing first line support, conducting additional training, and presentations. Additionally you'll be interacting with clients on renewals and reviewing account history; and providing additional assistance to senior team members as needed. The Account Manager has a Bachelor's degree, 3+ years of direct experience working in eCommerce and/or CPG; must have excellent data and analytical skills in addition to communication and client service.
