Join the Everest 2023 Summer Internship Program! This is an exciting opportunity to receive exposure to the world of Property & Casualty Reinsurance and Insurance through dynamic training, firsthand business experience, and networking with the industry's leading experts and experienced professionals. Throughout the Program, you can expect to build upon the academic foundations you have established at school and apply your learning to real world scenarios. The Program will run for approximately 10 weeks beginning June 2023.

Your Impact & Opportunity

  • Work with the Head of Corporate Finance & Treasurer, VP - Corporate Finance, VP - Assistant Treasurer on selected project opportunities, including:
    • Analyze Group and legal entity capital positions based on respective models and help build forecasting models
    • Analyze legal entity cash positions and cash flows to help establish cash position targets
    • Participate in internally and externally facing structured transaction design and execution
    • Assist the organization and tracking of entity capital positions and deal processes
    • Procure and integrate data for use in capital models

What You Bring: Experience & Qualifications
  • You are a sophomore or junior pursuing a bachelor's degree at an accredited college/university, preferably majoring in Finance, Accounting, or other quantitative fields, and/or demonstrate coursework in economics and/or statistics
  • Understanding of general finance concepts
  • Quantitative modeling skills a plus
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications including Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook
  • Interest and ability to multi-task across multiple projects
  • Possess strong communication skills
  • Demonstrate strong leadership and organizational skills
